I love Chablis for its consistent excellence, which is not something you always get from the revered regions of the wine world. Bordeaux is hit-and-miss, Rhone can underwhelm, but Chablis is forever. This doesn't disappoint at any turn - rich, full bodied, fruit driven, maritime, mineral. Varietally on-point and delivering excellence at all levels.
